What I collect when you use the forms on this site, why, how long I keep it, and how to ask me to delete it.
Who I am
This site is run by Bimal Lulla, Dubai. I am the person who collects your details. [Ava to confirm exactly who must be named here.]
What I collect
If you ask me what I’d do (the “Ask Bimal” form): what it is about, where you live now and your rough budget if you choose to say, anything else you write, your name, your email, and your WhatsApp number if you give it.
If you ask for the checklist: your email address, and whether you ticked the box for the monthly note.
When you visit: I count visits to each page with a tool that does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Why I collect it
- The Ask Bimal form: to read what you wrote and reply to you.
- The checklist: to send you the checklist. The email contains nothing else.
- The monthly note: only if you ticked the separate box. One email a month about the UAE property market.
I use your details only for these reasons. Nothing goes on a mailing list unless you ask for it. I do not sell your details.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your message is kept in a private contact list that I use to reply. This site is hosted on Vercel. I keep your details for [Ava to confirm how long], or until you ask me to delete them.
How to unsubscribe, or have your details deleted
Every monthly note has an unsubscribe link. You can also tell me at any time that you want to stop, or that you want your details deleted, and I will do it.
