Where the numbers come from

The sources I use

• The developer’s own published material for what a project is, and what has been announced.
• Dubai Land Department (DLD) data for recorded sales and prices.
• Named reports from well-known research firms, with the report name and date.

How each fact is shown

Every fact in a table has its source and its date on the same row. If a price appears, it appears only as the developer published it, with the date, in the text. I do not use payment plans, discounts or offers.

Dates on every page

Each page shows two dates. Published is the day it first went up. Last checked is the last day I checked the facts again. Pages about projects are checked again every month.

My view, kept apart

My own opinion sits in a box marked “My view”, with my reasons, signed and dated. Everything outside the box is fact, with a source.

If something is wrong

Facts can change, and I can make mistakes. If you find one, tell me. I will fix the page and change its “Last checked” date.
